Blood Type A Diet

Blood group A were the first vegetarians, the "owners" of these blood groups eat predominantly fruits and vegetables.

General Features

  • These people have a sensitive digestive system so difficult to digest food should be avoided.

As drinks are recommended: green tea and red wine.

Avoid

Foods which are difficult to digest: dairy products, vegetables like tomatoes, potatoes and cabbage, fruits like oranges, bananas and coconut. Coffee, tea, alcoholic beverages and soft drinks.
